MTP ARCHITECTURAL NETWORK is engaged in design and construction primarily of residential buildings, medium rise buildings and resorts. The company started in 1989 and was incorporated in 1994 as MTP Building Ventures. It is backed up by the established network and expertise of its officers and staff composed of top notch engineers and architects.

It has also through the years accumulated equipments, tools, service vehicles and other tools of the trade to ensure the highest quality for every project it has undertaken.

With over a hundred projects built in the last 20 years, the company has proven its worth in the industry. Starting from low end projects, it has scaled up up to high end projects. Recent projects can be found in upscale communities such as Ayala Alabang, GreenMeadows, Acropolis, Ayala Heights, Hillsborough, Whiteplains, Greenhills Area, Loyola Grand Villas, Valle Verde 6, Don Antonio Heights, Tierra Bella Subdivion and St. Ignatius Village.

Our goal is “Guaranteed customer satisfaction” since all our projects are personally supervised by competent Architects and Engineers headed by Architect Michael T. Peña, leaving no stone unturned for every detail of work employing only the best skilled craftsman for all the finishing works. This has been evident by clients who repeatedly uses us or recommends to others. Like them, we know that you will not regret the trust and confidence you have in our company.
